Q. I’ve tried numerous diets before and they always seem to fail, how will this possibly work for me?
Countless Toronto women have come to me because they’re either confused or frustrated at their current health and fitness plan is not working. The way I see it, The reason why you may have failed in the past is because…You were approaching it the wrong way.
But you know what? It wasn’t your fault. Ultimately it’s the fault of whoever gave you that program. It failed to hit every component of a complete fitness plan. What I do is the exact opposite. Q. Will you help me with my eating habits?
Yes! The Rebound Workout System includes the “Rules of Eating” Coaching element. I believe in helping you in as much as I can to get you that body you want. Nutrition is a big factor – if not one of the most important factors for your health and fitness success.

Q. How can you guarantee results?

Q. How long do the workouts last?
The workouts last between 60 minutes, which includes your actual workout, partner stretching some coaching on nutrition, motivation and the very important accountability follow up.
Q. How much will it cost?
The rates are very affordable. Depending on your goals and what you’re looking for in a program will determine the investment. After talking with most clients, you’ll find that the tiny investment will save you thousands of dollars over buying useless exercise equipment, gym memberships and diet products that don’t do diddily-squat!
Q. How long will it take for me to see results?
If you’re 100% dedicated to your fitness plan and don’t gorge on ice cream and Joe-Louis every other day, you’ll be able to progress within one week. This also depends on how often you work out with me. But if you follow the plan I lay out for you and stick to the “Rules of Eating” you can expect to see some great changes within 4-8 weeks.
Keep in mind that depending on what your goals are, and what fitness level you’d like to be at also plays a roll. For example, if our goal is to lose 50 pounds, in 4-8 weeks you’ll see some positive changes but it’ll still take you a bit longer to actually reach your end goal.
Q. I hired a personal trainer before and all we did was move from machine to machine and count reps, is that what you do?
No way! When you hire me as your trainer I’ll guide you through your fitness quest and help answer any fitness or health questions you may have. I just don’t train you and leave you to figure things out by yourself – That’s not what I do.
I’m here to answer your food questions, show you the most effective exercises, motivate you to keep going and help you stay accountable with your new lifestyle. With my help you’ll avoid the uncertainty, the scams, and the on-going lies from the diet and weight loss industries.
Q. How many days per week should I meet with my trainer?
This depends on your goals, but to see fast results you’d want to see your trainer 2-3 times a week.
Q. Do I need to get a membership to a gym?
You don’t need a gym membership. Once you start your program you’ll have exclusive access to all the equipment at the private studio.

PARKING
- Free one hour parking on the streets surrounding the clinic at various times. These are heavily ticketed areas so check the signs before parking.
- Paid meter parking on Eglinton Avenue
- Green P (paid parking) at the corner of Burnaby Blvd and Castle Knock Rd. Turn down Castle Knock Rd (this street runs north off Eglinton) and the lot will be on your left. Lot is in very close proximity to the studio.

- Get off at the Yonge and Eglinton station. Walk west on Eglinton Ave for 12-15 minutes (1.2 km) or take the 32 Eglinton Ave W bus from the station (bus stops right in front of studio)
