Hi, I’m Marci Lall, Toronto Personal Trainer and Weight Loss & Body Sculpting Specialist. I’m also the creator of the Rebound Program and author of “The Rebound Workout”. For the last seven years, I’ve been helping women lose weight and become fitter and healthier.
When I started working as a certified fitness trainer, I immersed myself in fitness and weight loss research and literature to extract critical information about losing weight, sculpting the body, and revving up metabolism in the most effective way possible.
I used what I learned in my own fitness program and in the programs I developed for my clients so I could determine firsthand what worked best. The result of this process was the Rebound Program, a highly effective weight loss and body sculpting program.

Starting (or re-starting) a productive health and fitness program isn’t always easy. That’s why I encourage you to get the support of a professional.

The hardest part is getting started and the second hardest part is sustaining your motivation until fitness becomes a habit. That can take as little as thirty days and once you develop the habit, you’ll turn a big corner. You’ll notice changes in your health and in your quality of life.
I can get you started with 1 week of complimentary sessions – we’ll talk about your goals and about some of the principles of my Rebound Program. You’ll be able to can try out some of the exercises, targeting the areas you want to work on and basically try me for 1 whole week!
Typically, that first session will give you a boost of energy and enthusiasm and you’ll be ready to jump right in. If for any reason you’re not, that’s okay. There’s no rush. You may need time to think about it. But I urge you not to “sleep on it” too long as my schedule will fill up FAST!
Marci Lall is a Weight Loss & Body Sculpting Specialist who teaches women how to decrease their body fat, increase their metabolism and lead a healthier lifestyle.
Marci has been active in the fitness industry as a personal trainer since 2002. Prior to that time he spent most of his time participating in and instructing karate classes and participating in high school wrestling.
Marci currently offers weight loss and body sculpting programs for women, including one-on-one training, group training, and online training. In addition, he’s the head moderator at the Feminine Fit Institute, an online weight loss and body sculpting community for women.
